Frankie Valli Addresses Fans’ Concerns About His Health Following Recent ‘Frail’ Performance

Frankie Valli’s performance at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga earlier this month sent fans into a frenzy as the 90-year-old star looked frail and confused on stage. In the clip making rounds on social media, the singer was clearly unable to lip sync properly and struggled to stay steady.

The audience cheered as he made for the stage while holding on to the handrail for support, and then stopped until “Grease” began playing. Again, he missed his mark and looked disoriented as held on to the mic and stared at his feet, raising eyebrows.

Some online user described him as an extra in The Walking Dead, with many others sharing a similar view, echoing that he need not work anymore. “’What the hell? He couldn’t need the money, right? That is sad,” a comment read. A third fan tagged his embarrassing performance as elder abuse, noting that he was forced on stage because he did not appear to know where he was.

Although his latest Instagram post states a rescheduling of his Atlanta and Greensboro shows due to an unexpected COVID diagnosis, he is set to return to the road once he recovers.
